Oracle Trading Strategy · Last updated: April 2026 · Version 1.0
⚠ Critical Risk Warning

Trading futures contracts, including NQ (Nasdaq-100 E-mini) and MNQ (Micro E-mini Nasdaq-100), involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Oracle is an algorithmic trading strategy tool — it is not financial advice, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

Section 01
Nature of Oracle — What It Is and What It Is Not

Oracle is an algorithmic trading strategy written in Pine Script v5 for the TradingView platform. It is designed to identify structural price levels in NQ and MNQ futures markets and execute trades based on predefined rules, signal patterns, and risk parameters.

Oracle is a tool, not a financial product, investment vehicle, or financial advisory service. The creator of Oracle is not a regulated financial adviser, broker, or fund manager. Nothing within Oracle, its documentation, its performance data, its website, or any associated communications constitutes financial advice, investment recommendations, or an invitation to invest.

Oracle is not a get-rich-quick scheme. Trading is a skill that requires discipline, capital management, risk awareness, and an acceptance that losses are a normal and expected part of any trading strategy. Oracle is designed to support a structured trading approach — it does not eliminate risk, and it does not guarantee profitability.

Section 02
Trading Risk — General Disclosure

By using Oracle, you acknowledge and accept the following risks inherent to futures trading:

Section 03
Backtest & Performance Data — Important Limitations

Any performance data, equity curves, win rates, profit factors, or financial figures displayed on the Oracle website, in marketing materials, or in any associated documentation are derived from historical backtesting using TradingView's Strategy Tester unless explicitly labelled as live forward test results.

Backtest results are not indicative of future performance. Historical data cannot predict how a strategy will behave in future market conditions. Markets change, volatility regimes shift, and correlations break down. A strategy that performed well in a backtest may underperform, produce losses, or behave entirely differently in live trading conditions.

Backtest results are subject to the following known limitations, which may cause them to overstate real-world performance:

Live forward test results, where displayed, represent actual performance on a simulated or paper trading account and are not a guarantee of results on a funded live account.

You must not make financial decisions based solely on Oracle's backtest or forward test performance data. Past results — however consistent — do not guarantee that you will achieve similar or any positive results.

Section 04
No Guarantee of Profit

Oracle makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty — express or implied — that you will achieve any specific financial outcome, profit level, or return on capital by using this strategy. There is no guarantee that Oracle will generate profitable trades, achieve a positive win rate, or preserve your trading capital.

Statements such as "win rate", "profit factor", and "annual pace" are descriptive of observed historical data only. They are not promises, projections, or forecasts of future results. You may achieve results that are materially better or materially worse than any figures shown.

Oracle is not a passive investment. Using Oracle requires active involvement, appropriate capital allocation, broker connectivity, ongoing monitoring, and a clear personal risk management framework. The strategy will not manage your financial wellbeing on your behalf.

Section 05
Subscription, Access & No-Refund Policy

Oracle is made available as a subscription-based software tool via Whop. Access is granted to the TradingView strategy script upon successful payment. By completing your subscription purchase, you confirm all of the following:

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of Oracle, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Once access to the TradingView strategy script has been granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with performance, trading losses incurred while using Oracle, change of mind, or failure to read this disclaimer prior to purchase.

By completing payment you are confirming that you have read, understood, and accepted this no-refund policy in full. If you do not agree with these terms, do not proceed with payment.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to a refund of any amounts already paid for the current or any prior billing period.

Section 06
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the creator, developer, and owner of Oracle shall not be held liable for:

Your use of Oracle is entirely at your own risk. The creator of Oracle provides the strategy on an "as is" basis without warranty of any kind. No statement made in connection with Oracle — verbal, written, or implied — creates any warranty or liability beyond what is expressly stated in this document.

Section 07
Suitability — Is Oracle Right for You?

Oracle is intended for use by individuals who:

Oracle is not suitable for you if: you are new to financial markets and do not understand leverage and margin risk; you are trading with money needed for essential living expenses, debt repayment, or other financial obligations; you expect guaranteed or consistent returns; or you are seeking a passive income product that requires no involvement on your part.

If you are uncertain whether futures trading is appropriate for your circumstances, you should seek independent financial advice from a regulated financial adviser before subscribing.

Section 08
Intellectual Property

Oracle, its Pine Script source code, algorithms, trading logic, documentation, visual aids, and all associated materials are the exclusive intellectual property of the creator. Access granted via subscription is a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use Oracle for your own trading purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, share, resell, sublicense, or distribute Oracle or any part of it in any form without the express written permission of the creator. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund and may result in legal action.

No tier of subscription grants access to the Pine Script source code. Oracle is distributed as an invite-only protected script on TradingView.

Section 09
Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with Oracle or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Section 10
Amendments

The creator of Oracle reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of Oracle following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The version date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last updated.
